• Dr. Pressman will only accept cases that require in person court appearances when pandemic conditions allow  travel/testimony to be done safely. ​However, court appearances via video Zoom, Skype, etc. will be considered. ​

• ​It is recommended that individuals making  inquiries via the contact form include a 1 or 2  page summary of the case when contacting Dr. Pressman. He will review and determine if he is able to take your case on.  

 

• An agreement to conduct and initial evaluation/consultation does not include and agreement to provide testimony.  A decision to testify can only be made after the initial evaluation is completed. ​
